Welcome to the MoMu Thesaurus!

This resource aims to improve access to information regarding our collection.

·        Standardises the terms used to describe the collection

·        Defines terms used in our collection with accurate definitions (scope notes) and translations from the AAT

·        Contextualises terms through a hierarchical tree structure by linking terms to their broader and/or narrower terms

Available thesauri are accessible via the drop-down menu on the top right.

The MoMu Thesaurus is maintained via OpenTheso, an Open Source, multilingual thesaurus management tool.

OpenTheso was developed by the Technological Platform WST (Semantic Web & Thesauri) located at MOM in partnership with the GDS-FRANTIQ.
